Established since2019 — Susan Dunmore founded TechZone Grid Pulse in Ottawa in 2019 after eleven years in enterprise technology, most recently as a senior infrastructure lead at a federal government contractor in Gatineau. She holds a background in network architecture and cloud systems, and has worked across manufacturing, legal, logistics, and professional services sectors. She writes most of the articles on this site herself, usually early in the morning before client calls start. She is currently working through a backlog of notes from a cloud governance engagement that wrapped up in June 2026, and is reading Ursula Franklin's "The Real World of Technology" for the second time.
